How to configure NFS on Linux to work with Netapp storage?

For some reason, the customer bought an expensive toy: a storage from Netapp.
When working with it, recording sticking regularly occurs, i.e. the call to file:pwrite sticks for tens of seconds or more.
The customer is very upset because the storage is very expensive and it's a shame that everything works so poorly.
Are there any settings so that you can pump over NFS, well, at least 200 megabits back and forth?
