How to copy a PayWave/PayPass card onto a sticker?

I have a smartphone without NFC support. I want to stick an NFC sticker under its plastic cover.
I have a friend's smartphone with NFC support. It can be used to copy data from a card to a sticker.
It is possible to choose VISA PayWave or MasterCard PayPass if that matters. There is an NFC sticker from the bank, but I'm not sure that one can still be ordered (page 2012), and along with the sticker you can't have a plastic card linked to the same account, which is very important.
Where can I find such NFC stickers? What application and is it possible to copy data to a sticker? Can you do without the internal code or will you have to find out? Can the bank know this code?
