How to organize the structure of storing internal and external data?

Several applications are deployed on the Jelastic platform (reg.ru): web servers, databases, file storages.
1. How expedient is it to configure the recording of all logs of all applications to one dedicated storage node. Real-time log monitoring is not yet planned.
2. Is it reasonable to host the content of all websites on a separate file node?
3. The database files are all stored on the same file node. Is it worth it to store data in the database to use something more productive, without network costs?
4. Is it possible to mount the directory of my iron NFS server outside the cloud? I want user files not to leave our server room and simplify backup. But there are no fields for authorization in the mounting interface, which is alarming.

Life has shown: when using the Jelastic platform on reg.ru, nothing should stick out of the environment, otherwise one degraded node will pull all the associated environments with it, and technical support will sit and wait for midnight to reboot the hardware.
