How to configure Netgear-jdgn1000 xdsl wifi router to connect via ETTH?

I changed the provider Rostelecom (xdsl) to Strelatelecom (ETTH). In general, the question is about setting up a router from NETGEAR JDGN1000 or in general about its ability to connect via the LAN port of the Internet.
Oddly enough (well, at least for me) by connecting the cable from the Internet (from the entrance) to the router (regular LAN port) and from it to the computer (also LAN), I create an Internet connection via PPPoE, but I lose access to the router ( 192.168.1.1) does not let you in here after connecting to the Internet.
Wifi lives DHCP life - devices connect, but do not distribute the Internet (since there is no router connection to the Internet).
So the main task is to allow the router to distribute the Internet via WiFi. Is this possible on this device?
