What is the best way to get rsyslog logs from the server?

Good afternoon! There is a server on which network equipment logs are collected (rsyslog) and the control system for this equipment is running. Logs are stored in files, files contain data for several days.
The question is, what is the best way to collect these logs, on a daily basis, and transfer them to clickhouse on another server without causing a high load on the server with logs?

Judging by this official doc, Clickhouse has the ability to integrate with rsyslog through a special omclickhouse
module I haven't tried it myself, I can't say anything about the load, alas.
