The folder is shared, visible on the network - everything is ok. From another computer, in the update settings, eset specified the path to the shared folder (\\COMP\\common\Updfiles). In additional settings, eset - local network, indicated "current user". In any does not want to be updated.
On the computer where I took the database, it costs eset 11, on the other versions 7 and 8.
