Is there a literature on virus science?
Good morning to all who do not sleep!
I have antivirus + firewall installed. Currently I prefer Comodo. However, I cannot be sure that my system is 100% clean just by having a good antivirus. Actually the question is: is there literature \really sensible articles devoted to a detailed classification, analysis\detection\destruction of viruses and all kinds of keyloggers? So far, I only know the feature about executable files in System Volume Information and some other preventive features, but this is clearly not enough)
Thank you in advance.

You can never be 100% sure that your system is clean, even if you just formatted a hard drive and installed a licensed Windows on it.
Antivirus is generally a dubious thing. A head on your shoulders will be much more useful. And without it, as you understand, the antivirus will not help.
By following the elementary security rules, you can protect yourself with a fairly high probability even without an antivirus, namely: do not open dubious files, do not stick in dubious flash drives, do not visit dubious sites. In general terms, that's all.
For example, I have been sitting for a long time without an antivirus and with a disabled firewall. Occasionally, out of curiosity, I check the computer with utilities like Dr. Web CureIt, but they usually don't find anything.
I agree with the rest, a 100% guarantee will not give anything, you can create a virus in 5 minutes, which antiviruses will consider a normal application, and only after a large number of machines have been affected will they notice it and add it to the signature database. The only thing that will help against 99% of malware is a head on their shoulders.
