How to remove a site from Dr.Web database of malicious sites?

Hello.
Faced such a problem.
About a year I registered a domain that I had not used until recently. The other day I decided to launch a thematic blog on this site, registered the DNS and turned on the domain on the hosting.
After some time, I went to the site and received a message from DrWeb, such as the site is listed in the DrWeb database of unwanted sites .
I wrote to Doctor Web support, to which they answered:
"Your request has been analyzed. This is not a false positive. The site you specified is not recommended for visiting by Doctor Web specialists."
We recommended adding the domain to the white list (locally, on the computer).
What about the meaning? What if potential visitors who have Doctor Web installed cannot get to me?
The next day, I again decided to check the site with the DrWeb link checking service.
Result: the site is in the Dr.Web database of malicious sites .
Wrote in support of Doctor Web, but received no response, no greetings.
How to be in that case? Where to dig?

This is an automatic unsubscribe from support and they do not intend to do anything (even check).
We were somehow banned from a commercial service for no reason. It was possible to attract attention only after an official paper letter from the organization. There was no other way to make contact.

It's strange, usually they don't block for no reason.
There will always be either some left js code that the other web considers dangerous for users. Or the site got into the database of dangerous sites and other web pulled it to itself without checking.
Maybe there is something wrong with the site?
