Is it normal for heroes 3 to use ports 522545 - 58964?

I decided to use netstat -n -b to see which ports which programs use, and I saw that heroes 3 (they were running, were in the main menu, pirated version) used about 5 ports from the range 522545 - 58964, they were all in the CLOSE_WAIT or TIME_WAIT. Is this normal? (I looked at the ports in [local address]:port, in [external address]:port were 80 and 443. I looked before and after that, there was one port from the same range)

These are outgoing connections.
The same thing happens when you visit a website with a browser.
