How to configure a Cisco end port to access the Internet if there are 2 more Cisco switches in front of it?

Good afternoon!
There is a Cisco (1) in which the Internet from the provider came to port 23, after this cisco another one (2) is connected, from the second Cisco (3) are scattered over the floors, after 3 Cisco there is an 8-port (4) and in it On the 2nd port, a socket with Internet access is connected. At the moment, the provider has changed - they left only the wire, when it is connected to Cisco 23 port 1, it is logical that the Internet does not work on Cisco 4, port 2, VLANs were registered by the old provider,
the question is how to register new VLANs in order to did the whole thing work as before? (Cisco 1 - port 23 (internet) --- out to Cisco 2 port 4). PS the new provider's IP is white.
