Multicast over vlan?

Good afternoon.
There is a netup receiver - it broadcasts TV channels with a broadcast.
On the web face, you can register on each channel the address for broadcasting and the group, as well as the ip interface.
NETUP receiver connected to GigabitEthernet1/0/1 interface to WS-C3750G-48TS (12.2(55)SE12 C3750-IPSERVICESK9-M), Client connected via GigabitEthernet1/0/2
Configuring WS-C3750G-48TS
ip multicast-routing distributed
interface Vlan101
ip pim sparse-mode
ip igmp snooping vlan 101 (the command passes, but is not displayed in sh run)
Vlan101 set to two interfaces.
Through VLC, the client views the channels.
If you do not start viewing, then Wireshark still has mpeg and a channel that is broadcast.
How to make it appear only on the choice of the mpeg channel?
Some switches don't know ip multicast....

I don't understand why you need PIM. You need snooping and (maybe) a querier. Here is a good article (well, SDSM). Troubleshoot wireshark by monitoring IGMP requests.
