How to completely delete everything from iPad?

Available iPad mini with Retina display. Yesterday I did a Reset in the settings, then updated to 8.0 - when I connect to a PC in iTunes, I see the following picture: "Other" occupied 588.4Mb + "Documents and data" another 33.9Mb Did "Erase content and settings" - after the 1st turn on and The situation hasn't changed since the initial setup... How can I delete these obscure files?

In iTunes, in the options, delete device backups, then in the device "Settings"\u003e General\u003e "Reset", and then - "Erase content and settings."

All that remains is definitely not yours, but a makeweight from the firmware.
