How to competently prepare an agreement for an individual entrepreneur as a contractor (remotely) for the provision of services to support the customer's web infrastructure?

All work is carried out remotely.
Measures to support the customer's web infrastructure are:
- technical support for sites, installation of CMS, modules, templates, editing source code and layout;
- support for VPS, hosting, writing various automation scripts - data import / export, monitoring, mailings, backups, etc.;
- e-mail on different domains;
- etc. etc.
Working hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., but in fact, monitoring has to be done constantly and there are jobs outside of working hours.
This is probably a classic set of technical support for web resources.
How should all these works be taken into account in the contract? Listing all the sites and work on them is understandable, but dozens of scripts on VPS? How to negotiate the risks of losing customer information?

The contract is called "Maintenance of servers". There are plenty of examples on the net. The main points look like this:
It's all about software development. Everything under the contract - as usual. Anything more is the usual addition to the contract. I already wrote about the risks - everyone has their own area of responsibility. If the client did not pay for the backup space and all backups were erased and at that time the data disk died, the responsibility is on the client.

practicing risks try not to include in the contract, what's the point of sleeping near a grenade with a check?
