If you open a small marketplace, is it possible for the first time to receive payments (replenishment of users' balance) without registering an individual entrepreneur or LLC, etc.?

And are there any alternative ways to bypass IP registration? For example, accept payments through some payment platform, a la robokassa, etc.

Illegal entrepreneurship, tax evasion can fly in, and, depending on the activity of the marketplace (some goods / activities are licensed), it can also fly.
Platforms ala robomarket are nothing more than schemes for bypassing the purchase of online cash registers, but not bypassing the registration of an individual entrepreneur / legal entity.
The risk is small, especially if the amounts are insignificant, but they can take it in the ass.
