Insult by SMS is it possible to do something according to the law?

The phone received a relatively offensive SMS, the number is open. Are there any laws that govern this? How hemorrhoids is this, and what can be obtained from this in the end besides self-satisfaction?

The room is open. This is great, blacklist it and don't pay too much attention to such things.

Isn't it easier, instead of inventing a bicycle, to go the old-fashioned way and punch you in the face?

On several occasions, the media publicized the decisions of the courts regarding insults on social networks. Those who insulted were, sort of, punished. With sms, in theory, you can also do something similar, just up to this point, apparently, few people have reached their hands.

And about the laws, at least read the constitution, well, just once for prevention :)

I have doubts only in the proof that it was the owner of the account / phone who sent the message.
