I am looking for an opportunity to receive SMS from the user so that the user does not pay anything, but I pay for incoming SMS.
Does this exist in nature or is it fantasy? Well, ideally, the number should be one for all operators

I once wrote the gotsms.ru service, but the server died, and there was no backup of the interface. Scripts for receiving and processing messages from a 3g modem have been preserved. Necessary?
