How to compare the fields of a lead card and a company card?

Good evening. Is it possible to make the new lead match fields with fields from the company and send some message to contacts from the company. For example: a lead fills out a form and marks metro stations, Bitrix looks for companies with such a metro field and sends them a message. How can this be implemented.
