How to combine text and date in a SharePoint cell, in a calculated column?

There is a calculated column that contains the following formula =[Name]&TEXT([Due Date],"dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm"), after confirming the changes, SP issues: "The formula contains a syntax error or is not supported."

I suspect that the problem is with the format (Format of the [Due Date] field is date and time), I tried many format options, starting from "dd-mm-yyyy" and ending with "mm/dd/yyyy" (although I may be some missed).
