How to apply modern look and feel in Sharepoint?

Installed and applied all necessary updates.
Now the version is

But in these updates I don't see the ID for the updated sites, which are listed here

The September KBs themselves with Feature Pack 2 (4011127 , 4011122, 3213658 ) , when trying to install, it shows that they are already installed
