Why are My Sites not being created in SP2016?

Good afternoon. What am I doing wrong?
I'm trying to set up the creation of personal sites in Sharepoint 2016.
It seems that there are a thousand instructions on the Internet. And at the output I get this:

According to the idea, this inscription should disappear after a while and a full-fledged personal site should appear, but this inscription has already been hanging for a month. Here I feel that somewhere I didn’t deliver any checkmark or somewhere there is not enough access, but I’ll never know where.

Check the UserProfile Service settings, also for My Sites, the configured Managed Metadata Service, Search Service and optionally Work Management services are required. See also Timer job which is responsible for creating and personalizing personal websites.
