1) What should companies be asked to write in a note?

2) If the third option is correct, is the link of the form

Read what a contract is.
If you do not have specific conditions in the contract, this will suit you.
From a legal point of view, the acceptance of an offer can be either the fact of making a payment, or the checkmark "I accept the offer link"
In any case, it is better to write "payment for the order #id on Site.ru"
