There are 3 sims with unlimited. In the country, only 2G (EDGE) is caught on them, and besides, with packet losses.
I want to go to the Internet via mobile phones and drive data over them to the VPS, where they will be connected to the Internet.
Roughly speaking, send the 1st byte to the 1st SIM, the 2nd to the second, the third to the third - in relation to RAM, this approach is called interleaving.
It will be faster, although the ping, of course, will not go anywhere.
CentOS 6 lives on VPS, but in principle, I can also in an apartment where a normal Internet can raise a virtual machine, even with Windows, even with Linux.
At the dacha, a laptop with Win 7, but I can also raise a virtual machine if necessary.
With Windows, the experience of communication is greater, so solutions for it or more or less clear manuals for Linux are preferable.

Short description.
Speedify does exactly what I described in my question - it takes all available network connections (LAN, WiFi, GPRS Modem (although it has problems with the bluetooth connection "connection via hotspot") and sends data to its server.
In Windows, a network with a statically filled IP (but without a default gateway) appears, through which a "fast" Internet goes.
Do not change the name of this network (Local Area Connection) to something else - it stops working with an indistinct message "Speedify is not running".
Pros:
As a result, by connecting 2-3 mobile phones, you can surf relatively comfortably and even watch YouTube at minimum settings. Simply balancing the video won't help.
Cons:
1) The application is tailored for fast stable channels, so if the connection is poor, it doesn’t connect to its servers on the first (and not on the 10th attempt) (to be fair, I’ll say that authorization to my VPS via ssh (with a key) also works through time).
2) Wants money. Only the first gigabyte is free, but someone will follow the referral link and register, then you will both receive another gigabyte for 6 months (although you can just make a new account).
3) It exists only under Windows, but the developers promise a mobile version as well.
So far this is enough, but an approach with "unlimited acceleration" of the Internet was being sought.
