Help Desk, Trello. Ordeals, searches. How long?

Good evening.
There is a forum, there are applications on it. There was a need to collect them in one place, so that you could immediately see the outstanding ones, and delete or close the completed ones.
Looking for a free service Found Trello. But there is not quite what you need.
