How to start i2p router?

Good afternoon, I installed an i2p router on linux mint 18.1, but after launch, most of the sites on the .i2p domain do not open for me, and it also says Blocked by the firewall in the network status, all ports in iptables are open, everything is also open on the router, before that it was on the mint 17+ and everything worked without add-ons, tell me what could be the problem?
