How to collect a report using the Positive Technologies Network Attack Discovery service?

To monitor network traffic is "Positive Technologies Network Attack Discovery", operators collect reports manually every day and send to the admin. There are two problems:
1) Firstly, information is stored for a little more than a week, but it takes at least half a year (more is better, there is plenty of hard disk space) in order to collect reports for a long period of time.
2) Secondly (desirable) Automatic sending of reports for the day (or other period of time) to the specified e-mail.
I have been working with this service for less than a week, if anyone knows how this can be done, or at least in which direction to dig, please help, I will be glad for any practical advice.
