How to close port 68 DHCP request via IPOE?

Goodnight.
There is a Mikrotik router connected to the public network via IPOE. on the other side of the DHCP server. Interested in how to properly close port 68 so that my computers do not go to the side for DHCP settings. And no one came to me for addresses.
How is it better?

It is not very clear how your computers (which are most likely behind NAT) receive settings from your ISP.
By default (if the MK is not in bridge mode), packets from DHCP do not leave the l2 limits, which means they do not reach your computers located on another network. Nothing needs to be closed.

If there is no way to get ipoe out of the bridge then look towards "bridge --> filters"
