The problem is with OVPN, there is a pool 0.0.0.1 - 0.0.0.239, for a reason that is not yet clear, when the last address from the pool (239) is issued, it does not work. The connection is established, but it is not possible to reach the internal services (it does not respond)

Without logs, network diagrams, routing, or at least any details (banal tracert to the gateway) - the problem is most likely that the moon is in retrograde mercury today.

1. it is issued to the interface on the server side of openvpn.
2. it is outside the subnet mask.
3. problems not with the address, but with the machine on which it is issued.
