How to close a file without saving? Hotkeys for "Rasterize Layer"?

Good afternoon, two questions on PS:
1. I save the file> I press the cross to close it, ps still asks whether to save the file? How to turn it off?

2. What is the combination of hot keys to rasterize the selected layer? Tried to change with alt+ctrl+shift+k. There layers > rasterize, for some reason it does not work.

1. Do not turn off at all. In any program, you are offered to save for a new file or for a file that has been changed. If this window appears, it means that there were some changes in the file. I don't mean serious editing, but even export can count as such. Try Ctrl+S before closing a document or program.
2. There is no regular keyboard shortcut in Fsh for this function. You can customize your combination in the Alt + Ctrl + Shift + K menu. If it was not possible to assign your own hot keys, then, alas, there are no other standard methods. Check if the assigned keys are busy and if there is a conflict.
Also, as an alternative, you can try actions or scripts.
