Photo/layout editing in Python?

Good morning, I have a task in Python to edit the layout, preferably PSD for future display on the django site.

There is a layout, through Python you need to render a photo that would change there:
- background
- Text
- Avatar
Type of business card rendering on the site for the user.

Who can tell how to organize all this?
