How to clone RAID 1 to RAID 1?

There is a hardware RAID 1 with a size of 1Tb. I want to clone it to hardware RAID 1 2Tb in size. In other words, you need to transfer all the data that is on 1Tb RAID 1 to 2Tb RAID 1.
Is it possible to do this without involving an additional computer? On 1Tb RAID is LVM. The server has 4 units for hard drives. There was an idea to put in the first 2 RAID 1Tb units, and in the other 2 RAID 2Tb units. And then run Ubuntu Live from a USB flash drive and copy / clone the data.
Will this method work? Please help with advice on how to clone a hardware RAID 1 from a smaller disk to a larger disk.
Thank you!

We connect disks, configure, add pv of a new raid to the volume group, migrate pv to other disks. Those. almost everything can be done with lvm
