How to clear inserts from word?

Good afternoon.
On the old site (on Joomla), the client, when adding text from word-a, "did not clear" it, respectively, a lot of "garbage" was inserted into the html. Can someone tell me a service (so that you can feed json) or an example of a cleanup code from such "garbage". Thanks in advance.
