How to clean up the task manager in Windows 8?

I just started the computer, managed to open firefox, skype, dropbox and photoshop. Already at the start of Skype, the computer began to slow down mercilessly. I got into the task manager, and there is darkness. How many open processes in a freshly launched system? What can be removed from this so that it does not clog the CPU and memory? How to make it so that when the system starts up, so many unnecessary processes do not appear in the manager? This is despite the fact that only Dropbox, Nvidia and Conexant are in autoload.

3% processor 35% memory 0% disk
On the screenshots, I didn’t see anything terrible, except that the memory is a little loaded.
Process hacker + a month in a cave and it can be cleared. But what will be the result:
1% processor 10% memory 0% disk
