How to clean up a hard drive?
Hello!
Is there a way to clean up the hard disk (HDD) without the possibility of data recovery?
I'm about to sell a hard drive, and I don't want the buyer to be able to recover deleted information later.

Use literally any low-level disk cleanup program. In particular, AOMEI Partition Manager has this feature.
Use any disk cleaning program.
In addition, I note that, for example, a HDD for a couple of terabytes will not be very quickly overwritten, you need to set aside several hours for the procedure in advance.
Download R.tester (free, you don't need to install it) and run a write test in it: https://rlab.ru/tools/rtester.html
And wipe everything tightly and test the disk at the same time.
You can also save the results both as pictures and as a file with all the details (it must be opened in the same R. tester) in order to show the buyer later.
Eraser to help
Delete all partitions
Do one or three passes
Or Veracrypt
Delete all partitions
Encrypt the entire area
