How to clean Linux from TOR?

On the "advice" of friends, I decided to put TOR on Lubuntu. I read on the Internet how to do it and rolled everything related to this: both the tor browser and the tor itself.
Nothing works, and when we try to start, we write about problems with confirmation and the packages with the torus are not updated - also security problems.
I think I need to endure everything, but how? What specific packages need to be removed (remove like a command?), how to find out their names?
