Is it possible to run bundler as root?

Bundler keeps saying: Don't run Bundler as root.
That is, it cannot be run from root, but I have things that NEED to be run from root, and then, as I understand it, they run bundler, it also turns out from root. So what should I do?

Or maybe you NEED to make a regular user and his folder and add everything there, set the rights and run bundler there on behalf of a regular user?
Perhaps with the rights of the root, it's easy to shoot yourself in the foot, but the author did not just build a warning there.
