What is the AT-code chat script for USB 3G Modem ZTE MF112/MF190 to connect?

Good afternoon.
I can not set up an Internet connection in any way.
FreeBSD 10.2, ZTE MF112 modem (MF190 is similar).
In the PPP logs it says tun1: Warning: Chat script failed
As I understand it, in the dial ppp config, you need to type certain AT commands to connect the modem. I added u3g to the bootloader ..
I try this in ppp.conf:

mts:
 set device /dev/cuaU0.0
 set timeout 0
 set speed 460800
 set authname mts
 set authkey mts
 disable pap
 disable chap
 disable ipv6
 set dial "\"\" \
  AT OK \
  AT OK \
  ATE1 OK \
  AT+CGDCONT=1,\\\"IP\\\",\\\"internet.mts.ru\\\" OK \
  ATDT*99# CONNECT"
 set login
 enable dns
 resolv rewrite
 set ifaddr 10.0.0.1/0 10.0.0.2/0 255.255.255.0 0.0.0.0
 add default HISADDR

In Google, only AT commands to unlock or disable usb and sidirom from the modem.
