How to choose and attach a font that supports Chinese and Persian to the site?

We are making a multilingual site, an approximate list of languages:
- Russian
- English
- Persian
- Turkmen
- Uzbek
- Kyrgyz
- Kazakh
- Chinese
There was a reference to Google Fonts, the designer chose a couple of fonts. I first check through Google Translate, pull out phrases like فونت را انتخاب کنید (this is Persian), paste it into Google Fonts for testing - 99% of fonts display this as squares, i.e. not supported. And a similar situation for Chinese, which is even more surprising. I was sure that Chinese is supported by most fonts. How to be in such a situation? Connect different font depending on the language version?

I have a question, what's the difference between Chinese, Persian or self-written? :)
And fonts are generally downloaded, did you look at the inspector?

Of course, why should the client download too much?
