How to choose an eye-friendly laptop screen?

The only thing I know is to look to have an IPS or OLED matrix.
I'm looking closely at the choice of a new laptop, the eyes from the TFT matrix of my laptop are already bleeding from redness (((

There are no "favorable" matrices. You sit at a PC / laptop for a long time, do exercises for the eyes / breaks, this will be best. tft, ips, oled the main differences in brief are the correct display of colors / pictures, response time, type of matrix illumination. Read more about each of them yourself.

The position of the laptop screen itself is already contrary to all standards for safe browsing.

Alas, purely theoretically, the screen that is most harmless to vision is only e-ink, but, alas, it is technically impossible to use them as laptop screens. IPS is better than TFT, but it cannot be called harmless. he also has a lamp, a source of direct radiation, which is very harmful.
You also need to understand that the laptop does not meet the requirements of ergonomics in principle. Therefore, the time spent at the laptop must be reduced to a minimum (preferably to zero).
Remember!. A laptop is not a great happiness, but a severe necessity
