Why doesn't Night Light and F.LUX work in windows 10 after waking up from sleep mode?

After waking up from sleep mode, "Night Light" and f.lux stop working. Native night light does not respond to on / off, only restarting the OS helps. F.lux works with half a kick, you need to restart the software itself. But the night light auto-off function stops working after switching to full screen mode.

Here are some recommendations that I tried that did not lead to a positive result:
1. Disabling Fast boot in Power Settings and in UEFI.

2. Deleting two registry entries:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\DefaultAccount\Cloud\default$windows.data.bluelightreduction.settings

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\CloudStore\Store\DefaultAccount\Cloud\default$windows.data.bluelightreduction.bluelightreductionstate

The system restores entries after a reboot. But it did not help. Made a backup.

3. Creating a custom Power plan.

OS: Win 10 21h2 x64 Pro. License. KMS was not used. Tweakers, Cleaners and other garbage are not used.

sfc /scannow - no corrupt/missing files.
Power Troubleshooter - no power problems.

Sleep mode itself works fine. Quick transition and exit.

If needed. Card from MSI on gpu from Nvidia. Drivers are extreme.

The foreskin is the last version.
Is the second monitor connected? maybe because of the long waking up of the second monitor.
But in general, this is an old bug with the exit from sleep mode, it is probably 3 years old and it will not be fixed, sometimes it helps to choose the version of the drivers with which it works ..
