How to choose a smartphone that writes sound well - lectures, conferences, at the level of a voice recorder? My current Lumiya writes very disgustingly - only voices are heard close, not to mention the fact that frequencies are being cut. Today I listened to a recording from some Xiaomi - an excellent clear sound. So not all phones cut it.

No way - almost no one needs such a characteristic, therefore it is not widely tested and the results are not published. Moreover, the good performance of the phone, as a voice recorder, means, rather, poor audibility during a conversation (it will collect all the noise in the room), so these tasks contradict each other.
