How to choose a silent mouse?

The rattle of the "ratchet" when the mouse wheel is turned is very annoying (and the vast majority of mice that I have met suffer from this to one degree or another), I would also like to have no sound of the "click" of the buttons (tactile sensation is enough for one's own orientation) - technically such maybe: the keys on the touchpad in my laptop are silent, sometimes I use them instead of mouse ones (I drive the arrow with the mouse, and I press the button on the touchpad with the other hand). In general, I want to choose the most quiet mouse. Advise which models and brands to look at.
Интересуют проводные и BlueTooth модели, хорошо (но не важно) если кнопок больше чем 2+колесо (да и второе колесо попробовал бы), очень желательно (но не обязательно) чтобы наклонения колеса влево/вправо работали как дополнительные кнопки (у многих моделей Logitech такое есть). В динамичные игры не играю, стол нормальный, против коврика не возражаю, применение чисто офисное, так на что лазерных технологиях, повышенной чувствительности и крутом дизайне предпочёл бы сэкономить. Морально рассчитываю на суммы в районе 5-20 долларов (можно чуть больше если оно того стоит).
