How to choose a server for Bitrix24 (box)?

A hackneyed topic, perhaps, but I have not found any clear answer. The question is the following, there was a need to switch to the boxed version of Bitrix24 (namely crm) for about 20 users. And it is necessary to evaluate how costly this will be compared to the existing cloud. From the fact that there are 20 users, the database size is slightly less than 2GB, and additional rubbish behind it in the form of a bunch of files of different formats for 50-60GB. At the moment, the cloud provides unlimited space and unlimited users for 10k. (do not take it as advertising, this is open information and it is easy to find it)

Tell me, is it possible to rent a vps server for an amount, respectively, not higher than that offered by Bitrix? At the same time, the requirements for iron are not entirely clear. I understand that an ssd is needed, and a large one with such a volume of data and their constant increase, then at least 2 RAM (or better 4, or even 8? how critical is this?) and the processor, as far as I understand, how many cores are not critical, the main thing is that the frequency be higher (you can have 2 cores, but the higher the frequency, the better).

@Sanes

I have a dedicated server divided into virtual machines.
Approximately 10 boxes on a 10GB Ram/4 core/200GB SSD config are spinning quietly. There are enough resources for 5 more pieces.
For one box, 2core / 4GB ram should be enough. Memory needed more for MySQL cache

We have a starting point for a virtual server:
- 4GB RAM
- 2vCPU 2.4 (min)
- 20GB SSD
- KVM (not OpenVZ!)
About 12 thousand are released per year.
Additionally, we take: Selectel (usually storage).
There KP unloads all the data loaded / generated by the user. We already have about 80GB there, and all this happiness eats somewhere around 2-3 thousand rubles a year.
In total, the entire portal eats somewhere around 15 thousand rubles a year.
If the standard CRM features are completely satisfactory and no modifications are required, then it is better not to move out of the cloud.
PS If you need your own modules / developments, then it pays off many times over
