What is better business process or robot in Bitrix24?

There is a large business process (model/algorithm) in Bitrix for transactions. How best to do it through a business process or with the help of robots?
How is it relevant now and how will it be better?

There is no right/hype/relevant/better way.
If I were to make a sufficiently large and/or complex algorithm/process, I would look at it from a different angle:
- Break it down into as simple processes as possible.
- For each such process, I determined the simplest solution.
It may turn out that some things will be easier to do with Robots, some with Business Processes, and some may even be worth putting on the lists.
