How is the transfer of utm tags to Bitrix24 from Bitrix (site management)?

There is a standard form on the standard component form.result.new
The form has standard integration with Bitrix24 and the site is connected to Bitrix24 for end-to-end analytics.
All data is transferred, but for some reason utm tags are not transferred.

For example - the user went to the site following the link - site.ru/?utm_source=1&utm_medium=2&utm_campaign=3&...
He walked around the site and went to the form - site.ru/form/31 and filled out the application.

After talking with technical support, I realized that analytics out of the box does not work with BUS, only with Sites24.

I see the solution as follows:
1. we record the first visit to the site in cookies (all tags)
2. after filling out the form (onAfterResultAdd), we hang on the handler sending data from the form to Bitrix24 via a webhook and pass all the data from the form

. But it turns out that you will have to abandon the standard integration functionality and write your own.
What's the best way to do it? So far I did it on a webhook, but somehow it’s not universal and it doesn’t turn out beautifully
