Why does the boxed version of Bitrix24 not restore?

I need to restore Bitrix24 from a backup, I have never dealt with this, so I can’t say if the backup is correct or not, there are just a bunch of tar files of 100 mb per 33 GB and that’s it, the problem is that after restoring via restore.php, nothing happens, the site does not work at the address, only Apache opens and everything, what could be the problem? Can restore.php be guilty, I downloaded a new one from the site, I don’t have it in the backup version

Also, when transferring an archive, it is better to create it not using Bitrix,
or at least with checking the archives.
On my memory of 400 GB, we did the archive (transfer from the cloud to the box) 5 times and it never came full, there were jambs, so I had to request the archive created from the console.
Since such large (and b24 large) archives, this often happens.
Also, do not forget that Bitrix vm is configured by default for b24 in the /home/bitrix/www folder and does not work well in ext_www
