The site on Bitrix periodically crashes with a 403 error. What could be the problem?
The site on Bitrix works normally most of the time, but periodically freezes for 20-30 minutes with the error "403 Forbidden. Access denied".
At the same time, blocking is observed for all visitors at once.
It is not possible to log into the admin panel with such a lock.
After a while, the site continues to work normally.
I can't figure out what causes this and how to fix it.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem?

In general, the problem was due to the fact that the server incorrectly determined the IP address of the visitors. Because of this, when blocking one IP, the entire site fell under the ban at once.
You can check the IP in the "Settings - Proactive Defense - Administrative section protection" section. If the IP is determined incorrectly - pick the server so that everything becomes as it should.
