1. Cheap domains are usually from resellers. Accredited registrars have higher prices. The reseller does not have direct access to the domain, in fact it is an intermediary with good wholesale prices. An intermediary does not immediately mean bad, just an extra link with its own rules and troubles. For me it's better to take directly from the registrar.
