Registering a .com domain abroad, but with Russian support?

The other day, the management instructed me to register a couple of domains in the .com zone abroad, but with the condition of Russian-language support and a control panel. Having rummaged a little, I found 2 registrars:
ru.domaincontext.com/ and russia.resellerclub.com/
Whom to choose? Maybe there are much better options?

Almost all Russian registrars are Western resellers. Except for nic, webnames, reg.ru, r01 accredited by icann. So the choice is rich - see prices. If you need documents, choose a normal company, not a private reseller. But if you don’t worry about documents, I would take them directly from foreign ones.

I keep all domains except .ru on ahnames.com

Between ru.domaincontext.com and russia.resellerclub.com it is better to choose the first one, because:
1) it is absolutely adequate, if there are any problems with domains. Resellerclub has big problems with this (google for "problems" or "blocked" + "directi" or "publicdomainregistry", these are the official names of this Indian registrar);
2) normal operational support in normal Russian;
3) control panel for 5+! Everything is clear and understandable even to an inexperienced person in IT.
Here they also advise ahnames for some reason, although everything is still very damp in their panel, they have only recently done such an important thing as managing the DNS zone, you can google, again, webmaster forums and find a bunch of posts about what they have one does not work, then the second.

Look at the registrars of the CIS countries. Ukraine for example. Foreign registrar, panels in Russian.
