Which domain registrar to choose?

I want to choose a reliable foreign domain registrar as well as SSL certificates. Before that, I used Reg.ru. GoDaddy, as I understand it, is not even worth looking at.

I would also go for Directi (only now they are under the name ResellerClub ). BILLmanager 5 has an integration module with this service: russia.resellerclub.com/selling-options/bill-manager
