200 thousand items is serious! I worked with Prestashop on a hundred thousand products - the store itself works, but the downloads are already unloading even with failures - the script runs for too long. Hosters usually limit the script to ten minutes, but it takes many times more time. Uploading, for example, to Yandex.Market can still be done in 15-20 minutes, but loading the database with synchronization with 1C is unrealistic.
Summary: Prestashop will be able to work with 200 thousand products, but on a dedicated server.
